**Update*** Supposedly, this girl suffers from bipolar disorder. I believe it because I had a horrible run in with a bipolar person who was manic and their behavior was similar to this. Bipolar disorder is a serious mental illness. I hope she is able to get the help and most importantly, the medication she needs to balance out her moods. For all of you who can’t understand a damn thing she is saying, I have spelled it out for you.
