AWESOME! I am so glad to hear that. Give your mom a huge hug for me!
Thanks a lot for posting this video Sukie! My mom suffers rheumatoid arthritis since more than 30 years ago, she’s 60 years old, I’ve seen how this degenerative disease has affected her more and more over the years. Since I first watched this video like a month ago I asked her to give it a try altough she doesn’t like the taste of ginger. She started eating chopped raw ginger on a daily basis, I’d say like 2-3 grams a day, and her overall health has significantly improved! It’s magic! THANK YOU!

Thank’s for posting, I’ve also heard Bromelian from pineapple’s is also a good natural inflammatory, you’ve inspired me to invest in a juicer !!
I don’t measure my food. I eat what my body requires at any given moment. Nutrition values fluctuate depending on activity level, stress (mental and physical), etc. This has been the best strategy for me over time.
And thanks!
I feel great, too.
how much meat/fish do you eat daily, and do you watch the saturated fat/fat content? You look great!
I eat a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits, fish and some meat. I have not drastically altered my diet with the addition of ginger and turmeric.
Do you eat alot of meat/fish/eggs? What was your diet like before you used the ginger?
The antibiotic activity of Ginger’s shogaol and zingerone inhibits the growth salmonella and other bacteria. Shagaol in Ginger kills cold viruses and parasitic infection. In Japan, Ginger is included with sushi to ward off parasites. The chemical zingibain in Ginger kills the anisakid worm, a parasite sometimes carried in raw fish.
Did you get numb hands sometimes as well and coordination problems?
Thank you
