Since i didnt see any of this tutorials on YouTube, or any helpful ways to start, i decided to make this. Here is the Starter Pack: www.megaupload.com (BTW READ THIS PLZ! I only gave 1 copy of the editable sprite in the pack, do yourself a favor and make some copies, so you can make as many skins as you want! 
The File name is “MineCraft Skin Base (Edit this one)” Make copies of that.

@MsRunions Your comment isn’t exactly worded clearly so i’ll answer all the possibilities: Yes, you have to Download the Files for this tutorial. Yes, you have to have MineCraft downloaded. My download is free, MineCraft is not. Hope that helps.
